We are out there to ensure that women have a seat at the table. That they have a voice in the boardroom. We continue to be that voice for women in the workplace. Think of the me too movement, think of pay equity issues. Think of our women running fortune 500 companies, and if they are not, how do we get them there? Having those conversations and being able to change the narrative for women executives in Milwaukee is something that is really important to our mission.
