Early on in my career, I thought I’m not going to complain. I don’t want to be the one that can’t handle it. I’m going to keep my head down and keep going. I didn’t realize that I should voice my opinion. I should tell someone if this isn’t right. I thought that’s how it goes. I had no idea that your voice matters and no one’s going to hear it if you don’t say it. So now I think it’s so important to share your voice and open up.
