Sidney Sollazo

When I think about the biggest thing I think should change, and I think it is changing, is our female leaders being truly authentic. I don’t think I saw that early in my career. I saw a lot more women assimilating and trying to blend in with the guys. And now if I look around my peers and female leaders, they’re all their true selves.
